Requirements
Masters/Y4/Y3 recommended with strong leadership background
Support the President in strategic planning and execution
Oversee department coordination (Marketing, Events, Community)
Monitor progress of projects and hold teams accountable
Step in for the President when required
Maintain internal discipline and team morale
